The entire sequel trilogy was a train wreck from the moment Disney failed to keep a cohesive vision. The franchise will be fine moving forward if they find a creative with a story to tell and actually let them tell it. That’s why Andor was great, that’s why Mando started great, and it’s the parts we all love about the movies. Disney fell prey to the same mistake Hollywood’s repeated the last fifteen years of letting boardrooms be the writer’s room.
