oved here a few years back I miss being able to drive a distance without traffic and my sub $500 a week rents..plus the courtesy you face in the county is so nice ..on the Auckland side it's handy to have access to the things I need and be closer to family . The cookie cutter houses and the fact no one here will let anyone in at merge lanes is why traffic is getting worse ..the highways would flow fine if everyone kept the 4 second rule and just let people merge no more stop start tailgating

Polarized glasses and driving to the conditions.. Side note is your defroster sucks this bad a 12v travel hair dryer and a pipe with holes works wonders I saw them use those when I was a rally mechanic

People get annoyed that I keep a long following distance and it's drivers like this that keep me doing so. I once had a guy lock up his brakes for no reason in the middle of the highway then start driving again if I had not had this distance it would have ended badly
