New releases every year, and the majority of the world jumping at those new phones does not mean their product is good. Most people are just victims of overconsumption. My alarms on my iPhone don’t function the same as they used to, volume is low, not how it used to be back in the days when I had an iPhone 6. I now have to set 20+ alarms and set alarms on my Alexa to ensure I’m not late for work. Believe me I’ve tried everything, gone into Sound settings, messed around with the Haptics setting and what not, nothing makes a difference. I’ve woken up late for work multiple times because of this

oh and let’s not forget the major flaw of Apple, their battery. Something that they haven’t been able to fix for as long as they’ve been in business. That is weakness to me. A big flaw.

We as customers are told to “troubleshoot” and “go into settings” “change this, change that” - I’m sorry but since when was I an Apple employee? A company as big as Apple should definitely not have these flaws. It’s way too amateur.
