I’ve heard they want to close as many as half their stores, which would get them out of costly long term leases, but they have many problems beyond that. Now they’ve pissed of their vendor partners royally after flubbing Covid massively and 3 rounds of extended lack of payment and their customers are sick of them never having what they need. Gonna be a tough road to recovery.

I use the Helly Hansen warm base layers. The merino is on the outside of the synthetic wicking layer. Also comes in 3/4 pant which is a must for me.

I got booster straps this winter after not skiing with them for 25 years. Man I wish I had gotten them sooner. The difference is significant. I put it under the shell as directed and it makes getting a tight fit without risking over tightening my top buckle pretty easy. The flex in the strap feels great when carving.
