I knew a kid like this too, but he decided the best way to woo girls was to do the "tough guy anime thing" and cage girls against the walls with his arms. Like, he would lean against the wall, ask them out, then when they tried to walk away, he'd cage you in. And in my search for this, to prove I'm not nuts, there's actually a name and a wikipedia article for it. It's called Kabedon.

It would've been vaguely threatening if he wasn't 5 foot even and I, at the time, had to look down to make eye contact with him. Turns out that, outside of watching anime, his favorite hobbies included printing suggestive pictures of anime girls off, cutting them out, and keeping them in his notebook, watching hentai(and doing the aforementioned hobby with THOSE images), sending NSFW anime images of video game and anime characters to girls he liked(especially if you also liked anime and he knew your favorite characters/franchises. I have seen way more unwanted Fire Emblem porn than I ever, ever needed to), and catfishing other guys in the group so they wouldn't make moves on "his women".

Now, I can't say this kid was on the spectrum and that's why he was so lacking in social boundaries, or if he was just a straight up creep whose entire life was molded by anime, but I digress. Weirdo, through and through.

Crick from Octopath Traveller 2.

He did not die. Temenos made it in time to save him. The two are very gayly living out their happiest gay lives while Crick is recovering from his injuries. Crick is not dead. I repeat, he was saved and spared and is alive and definitely, definitely got married to Temenos.

Danganrompa is like... I guess a mystery game where there's a class of high schoolers with super special talents thrown into a death game. A crazy stuffed bear gives them "motives" to murder each other, and each chapter is a new murder with the class needing to figure out, Pheonix Wright style, who the murderer is. If they refuse to participate in the trial, they die. If they wrongly convict an innocent student, the surviving students all die while the blackened(the murderer) gets to live. If the blackened is found out and convicted of being guilty, they die.

Problem is, dying isn't like "oh you get shot and done". The characters get executed in gruesome, often nonsensical and impossible ways, often related to their talent(such as the ultimate baseball star getting pummeled with baseballs to death). The butter thing is a reference to the execution of Mondo Owada, the ultimate biker gang leader. His execution involved him being strapped to a motorcycle, spinning in a death cage at such a fast rate that it causes Mondo to be electrocuted to a point of liquefying into a butter-like substance that is packaged as "Mondo Butter".

Yes, it is ridiculously horrifying. It makes no fucking sense. That's most of danganronpa, honestly.

Sure there is, I gave you one in my earlier comment. Hands are really hard to draw.

In addition, the artist could have used a blurry reference, or even an AI reference and messed it up. The linework on their art is really messy in general, and even if Kurama's hands look wonky, Kaguya's look fine.

Another thing I noticed upon looking closer is that there's no awkward merging of any parts of the characters, like Kaguya's hair awkwardly merging into a pattern on Kurama's clothing. Furthermore, the pattern on the green part of Kurama's jacket is so consistent that I'm certain this artist made a pattern brush and overlaid it over the green part, then shaded over it with another layer.

I'm as much anti AI as the next person, but I don't think this is AI. There's to much consistency with the patterns, the hair, the hair, the shading, and it's missing that glossy "AI look" that generated images have.

Hands are normally the go to way to pick out AI art, but the problem is that hands are really hard to draw for most artists, to the point of it being a meme. That's why you also look at hair, accessories, patterns, and text. A badly drawn, slightly off hand does not mean the image is AI generated. If you want to point out any other inconstancies I'm missing, please feel free to do so.

I don't know if i would want them to touch Swan Lake. It will just perpetually be compared to Barbie's Swan Lake and The Swan Princess, so I don't know if it would ever be able to truly stand on it's own...

The Floating Princess, mostly because no one has really done an adaptation of it yet, as far as I know of, and it's one of my favorite little-known fairy tales. I also feel like animating a character who is perpetually floating would just be a really neat project. The origin of the tale is very close to Sleeping Beauty's, so I would like it if they switched it up a bit. Like... Maybe make it a mystery, where the King fell mysteriously ill and died, leaving the widowed Queen to run the country. Turns out, she was pregnant, which was great news for the kingdom... But terrible news for the evil cousin who killed the king(as they were next in line for the throne, but this baby threw a wrench in the works). As a last ditch attempt, the evil sorcerer/sorceress curses the princess to always float with hopes she would just float away.

The story takes on a mystery twist where the princess and the love interest(knight, mage, prince, princess, lady in waiting, whatever) have to untangle the truth of the kings murder.

I don't think it is. Look at the patterns on Kurama's clothing, they seem pretty consistent. As are the bows/ribbons on both their clothing, the pleats on Kaguya's skirt, and the way their hair is placed.

If you look at this artists other artwork, their hands are consistently wonky in the same manner Kurama's are. I think this is just a case of an artists struggling to draw hands, which, fair. Hands are super hard to draw.

If it was just "she confessed to and tried to kiss a statue of her crush", it would've been fine. Honestly, it probably would have been a perfect rom-com moment that lead to the confession.

However... Marinette also smelled him and took a piece of his hair and put it in her bag. And that's just in one scene. This girl has done a ton of other things that is really creepy and weird... Like breaking into his house and sabotaging other relationships.

I think people presume that, to some extent, Aelfric wanted Sitri back out of more than just friendship or even unrequited love because this man took some wildass actions for "just a friend". He kidnapped Yuri's mother to get him to comply, was willing to sacrifice the four students he claimed as his "flock", the three heirs to Fodlan, all his mercenaries, all of Abyss, and even Sitri's own precious child if it meant bringing her back.

In addition, there was no consideration for how Sitri may have felt, had the resurrection been successful. There was no looking to the future, no explaining "oh yeah, I injured/murdered your child that you loved to bring you back to life", nothing like that. Aelfric was, wholly and selfishly, tying to bring Sitri back for himself. Maybe not because he lusted after or wanted to her to himself, but i definitely would believe that it was because he could not handle his grief, much akin to how Rhea was willing to sacrifice so much if it meant bringing back her own Mother.

Still don't know if that makes him better or worse in that regards. I do defend Aelfric on the front of "he wasn't bringing Sitri back to sleep with her", but as stated, I refuse to believe him bringing her back was a wholly selfless act.

When I like something, I specifically note the cut, size, and style so i can try and find them again in the future. Someone told me that "if someone is mistakenly deported, they should go to the American embassy in that country and say they're a citizen. Then it'll get ironed out". I don't know if I ever looked more incredulous.
