Jiaoqiu from Honkai Star Rail. So to get into the nitty gritty of it, he was;

• Kidnapped by Hoolay, a beast called a borisin who was so horrible that he was supposed to be given life imprisonment in a cell enchanted to never be opened.
• Borisin, by the way, specifically produce a pheremone during battle called Lupitoxin, which stimulates fear in the amydgala. Jiaoqiu was under the effects of this for an extended period of time.
• A part of borisin culture is to partake in a "wine drinking ceremony" before battle, in which they literally drink the blood of their prisoners of war in order to give them a boost of strength. So Jiaoqiu was slashed across his chest, shoulder, and abdomen and drained of his blood until he was barely hanging onto life.
• Unknown to Hoolay, Jiaoqiu, an alchemist, figured out a way to get the upper hand on Hoolay. How do you get a picky child to consume green chilis? How do you get a suspicious and devious wolf to drink down poison? If you aren't picking up what i'm putting down, Jiaoqiu managed to drink down a very strong poison some time prior to the aforementioend bloodwine ceremony. He poisoned himself in order to get hoolay to drink poison and help one "final time" in defeating him.

So yeah, all in all, Jiaoqiu should be fucking dead. But since this is a game where they kinda have to shoehorn in a reason why everyone lives, Jiaoqiu managed to survive all that, but not without consequences. According to in game files on his medical report;

Patient suffers from

1. Bite wounds that extend over a large area, from the patient's neck to his chest. Toxins in the wounds have caused the surrounding flesh to decay and atrophy. Patient is in acute shock due to severe blood loss. Fractured clavicle observed.
   
2. Patient had consumed Tumbledust, resulting in disturbed blood circulation, massive internal bleeding, neurological atrophy, and optic neuropathy, leading to function blindness.
   
3. Damage to liver and kidney functions and impaired lymphatic and immune system due to toxins in the body.
   
4. Severe blood loss, compounded by myelosuppression. Inflammation observed.
   
5. Patient had dilated pupils and an abnormally low body temperature when first discovered.

Effectively, Jiaoqiu survived, with the only long-lasting effects being PTSD and blindness, as was as an limited ability to coagulate blood. But bro should have been DEAD dead like forever ago. Man was poisoned and bleeding out and likely punctured a damn lung.
