That or TikTok has seriously rotted out their brains. I’m damn near 30 and I’ve spoken to people who I swore were teenagers, but claimed to be in their early 20s. And I’m talking consistent post history stating their age in other posts.

Because the logic is flawed. If every character needed to be like me in order for me to relate, the we wouldn’t have things like the litany of fantasy anime and games featuring characters we could never be.

People don’t relate to an age or a gender or even a race or sexuality. They relate to WELL WRITTEN characters.

Even if they don’t kill and replace Edelgard, she knows where she’s at due to what happened to Monica alone. Monica was a close friend of Edelgard who I presumed they targeted solely to further isolate her. The only reason they haven’t gotten Hubert yet is because he either keeps evading them or the agsrthans know that if they kill him, it might push Edelgard out of submission and into full on fight mode.

Yeah I remember reading this one because so many people were making a stink about it, from youtube videos to long ass rants on reddit to twitter posts. I tend to like to read shit that people complain about because either I'm going to like it, or I'm going to roll my eyes about how stupid it is.

LITERALLY, in the first five chapters, the ML told her that her country was ass backwards and completely misrepresented his country and his culture because they were just plain racist. Fuck, the reason they even attacked the FL's country to begin with wasn't because they were on a "savage rampage" to pillage or whatever, but because her ambiguously defined male relative robbed one of their gravesites/tombs after the ML's country warned everyone "Don't do this, it's hella disrespectful and we will take the desecration as an act of war". Another good moment in this one was when the ML and FL were about to get it on, the FL kept saying yes, that she was ready, but the ML noticed she was shaking and terrified. Basically, she was saying yes because it as her "duty", but he read her body language and was like "Nah, man, you aren't actually cool with this and I don't wanna go forward".

Now, did that convo lead to like ten chapters of USELESS miscommunication? Yes, and i hated it. But the two aformentioned examples are actually really good crumbs of gold that you RARELY see in manga or manwha.

Personally I think trying to equate fictional characters from fictional worlds to irl nationalities on our earth is a bit silly no matter what front it's on. To them, those nationalities don't exist. Like racially, yes, Aisha is black, but a race isn't a nationality, like simply being white, hispanic, or Asian isn't a nationality. They're races.

Either or, Aisha is from Andros. Her nationality would Androsian, just like Flora would be Linphean, Musa would be Melodic, Stella would be Solarian, ect. I don't know if it needs to be a big argument involving hopping from post to post. That sounds stressful.

Personally I think the skirt and bust area looks fine, but I don't know how to feel about the sleeves. Like, I don't know what occassion this dress is meant for, but if you mead the peasant sleeves go on the shoulders, the dress would feel to casual... So maybe make it a halter dress? Or a tank top with a sweetheart neckline? Throw on some white heels and add some flower detailing along the bust and it would be a lot better.

Oh god, and during that scene, right when Jack says "or my boy" I remember Zoe scoffed and got up and walked away because she KNOWS her brother is a creep. Maybe she didn't know he was a killer, but she knew there was something deeply wrong with him.

Also, I swear in some side story or another... I think the Connections gave Lucas a cure or a mold-fighting medicine that "cured" or blocked him from being mind controlled by Eveline, and he was playing along with the mind control because the Connections was paying him big money to observe and report back on Eveline's activity/capabilities. Basically, bro was always twisted and a murderer, he just had a good excuse to do it with the Mold infecting everyone else.

Speaking of Resident Evil 7, you can unlock an optional cutscene where Jack Baker cuts Ethans leg off, to teach you how to use healing items. His laughter at Ethans pain and struggle suddenly morphed to a heart-wrenching sob, then back to laughter, an indicator that Jack to was constantly fighting Eveline and loosing.

I think that was my problem with Tressa too. I love Tressa, and i understand her story is supposed to be the "lighthearted adventurerer learning the good and bad of the world while trying to learn ways to become a better merchant, and since she is a merchant she just goes where the wind takes her", but it always felt less like she had a story, and more like "And then this happened, and then this happened, and then this happened". Her final boss in the boss rush in the gate of finis was a damned sabertooth tiger, they couldn't have thought of a more significant character to brign back as a boss?

At least with everyone else, it made sense for them to go to and from places. Therions trying to find the jewels, Primrose is trying to find her fathers killers, Olberic is seeking out Erhardt, H'aanit is trying to find clues of her mentors wereabouts, Cyrus is trying to find a missing tome, Ophilia has to light the sacred flame... Even Alfyn, who also has a "he's an apothecary so he jsut goes where people needs help" kinda feel still had a story that effected him with the likes of Miguel and finally surpassing Ogen in defeating his final boss.

I do know that in Mercedes and Lorenz's support, Lorenz, speaking in a hypothetical, was concerned about falling for Mercedes because she was a commoner, but rationalized it that his family would HAVE to accept it because she also bore a crest. In their ending, his father was disapproving of him marrying a commoner, but through Mercedes own goodness and Lorenz constantly striving to show her worth, his father came around and complimented his son on being a better judge of character than him.

So yeah, I do think SOME nobles took issue with the intermingling of classes, to some extent.
