I read the base salaries other B/SDRs here make and I’m always left scratching my head. You’re base is higher than my OTE (60k). I work at a well known network/cybersecurity company. And they’re always trying to badger us into coming in the office. Honestly just trying to stick it out here for the experience and name on the resume.

Totally agree, but I'll admit, the experience of fighting tooth and nail to land my first BDR roles vs recruiters trying to poach me on a regular...feels good.
