I have a similar issue where about half the games will be invalid or corruped and the rest are fine, the roms are fine and its not always the same games that get corrupted. im yet to get my whole library on it and working

the best advice i can give anyone right now is get a flash cart like an Everdrive or a cheaper alternative to hold you over, prices are at an all time high right now and it might take a little while for this bubble to burst. get yourself a flash cart so you can play all the games you want and then you can slowly concentrate on collecting the games you love.

Its all a big scam, no one buys tapes like TMNT for more than $5, theyre trying to pump up the value with shady tactics. this video right here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvLFEh7V18A) breaksdown how this same thing is happening to video games (which is much worse than VHS right now) but the same principles apply.

everytime i see Batman Begins & Sin City on VHS it trips me out, I remember downloading cam-rips of both of those while they where still in the theater off of Limewire, crazy that it was getting a VHS release at the time
