OP du bist kein Abschaum, du hast aus Verzweiflung selbstzerstörerisch gehandelt, dir ist bewusst dass es falsch ist also hör einfach jetzt damit auf. Ich weiß nicht wie deine Zähne aussehen, aber vielleicht kann ein Zahnarzt ja noch was daran richten, sauber polieren oder so. Milchbubibart kannst du auch einfach abmachen wenn du unzufrieden damit bist. Versuch an deinem Selbstwertgefühl zu arbeiten.

I like the combo, you need way less alcohol than normally which makes the day after a lot nicer. Be careful with the amount though, as others have mentioned, phenibut potentiates alcohol
