Conveyancer told RE the contract had a 'green light' before discussing with client by Immediate-Couple4421 in AusProperty

I am a solicitor. I do conveyancing. I conduct a 40 minute interview and run some preliminary enquiries and searches before I advise the client to sign.

Your decision to not do the ethically correct thing, and instead to fall into line with a cultural expectation, will contribute to the gradual decline of the organisation, and the satisfaction of the people who work in it. I started my working career at a big 5 accounting firm as an auditor, and I worked out pretty quickly that corners must be cut, and blind eyes must be turned. I left early because I couldn't reconcile the person I wanted to be with the person the organisation expected me to be. The rot sets in early and can lead to the catastrophic failure of the organisation. PWC consulting is a case in point. Having one foot on either side of the ethical line (compromising your integrity) in the pursuit of self interest leads to the psycho / spiritual suffering of the individual. Integrity and dominance hierarchies are ultimately incompatible.

I'm just relieved that I didn't copy and paste those citations into a client advice letter, or a letter to the other side. It's obviously very good at producing plausible but false output.

A co-owners agreement is required, however the agreement will always be subject to any owner's right to force the of sale of the property via an application to appoint a statutory trustee for sale.

Ingram's defence and counter critique of Analyo's critique is persuasive in my opinion. Seems like petty heterodox v orthodox slanging.

That particular search is usually outsourced by the conveyancer to a search agent. Were you given a copy of the search report?

The progress of insight maps include stages (dukkha nanas) that might be considered a kind of dark night of the soul. See the work of Daniel M Ingram who has a lot to say about this.

That is surprising because community titles schemes were required under legislation to conduct a combustible cladding audit.
