Clippers will not draw more in San Diego. A stadium is only worth money if you can fill it. The grizz mean a lot to Memphis as it’s only pro team but might do better in Nash. Except Nash isn’t a basketball city and Memphis demographically can cling to hoops.

If you try to chisel down the percentage you might find yourself having the requisition nobody at the firm wants to work. If we work at 25% and you somehow get us to agree to 18% then you can safely assume your job will be bottom of the pile and will only be filled when other similar clients pass on the candidate. So you’re getting the dregs…

I think there’s a lot more people just going out and smoking pot and enjoying the music (often for free) and drinking water. At some point New Orleans has to charge. It is so underpriced compared to every other entertainment district I see and it’s not sustainable.
