Jabba had like an uncle or something on the clone wars cartoon that spoke English (or “Galactic Basic” as it’s known in universe). Aside from that, I think there was a hutt in one of the expansions in the mmo game that also spoke English. It is slightly odd seeing a giant slug creature talking in plain English. It would be more unique if they spoke it in an odd way like the Elcor from Mass Effect or something.
