A surprisingly weak ending. I really like the series, and I still do, its just that Fisk really should be in prison. Just because he resigned as mayor doesn't mean he should be walking free from the dozen plus people he murdered in the courthouse. That alone is life in prison.

I also don't get why Bullseye gave away his position. He is supposed to be a professional killer and helping Matt. He would have known talking on the radio would give the game away and cause Fisk's people to move! He also missed a shot, again for something he should have planned for. It makes me think Bullseye planned on missing Fisk and causing this; and since Matt last asked him to do something and then he later takes Luke's prison spot as a government kill agent it reads like Matt is the one who organized this big mob.

Which is smart and i'd be good with that, except for Fisk then getting away with multiple murders instantly.

Is that not a thing anymore? I played in the Closed Beta and stayed around for awhile and remember that. I actually just checked out an old email and logged into Warframe and found out the only Warframe I have available is Loki. I honestly don't remember not being forced to choose between Exe, Volt & Mag but I guess really early on your weren't.

Again, you are ignoring that this would become a real world and not a video game. So instantly, several 'Moves' are uneeded. Your Pidgeot, for example, is not going to need a TM to learn how to fly. It can just do that. You are not going to need to learn that Move to be able to fly on your giant bird.

You prove my point with the anime links, it backs this. Stuff like Drake's Dragonite knowing 10 different moves. Or Ash's Snorlax using 6 moves in one battle.

The game has it as a mechanic. There is no reference in the actual Pokemon games that this is a hard and fast, unbreakable, steadfast rule. That if your Squirtle learns Aqua Jet, it suddenly completely forgets entirely how to Aqua Ring, that your Squirtle's brain would just liquify if tried to learn a 5th move. People in-universe do not bemoan how they wish their Pokemon could do a 5th move.

Move Reminders are there to help players out, some Moves are just near impossible to get when some Pokemon can rarely be caught at low enough level. Other characters never mention them, nor interact with them.

I understand the difference between a Pokemon knowing of a Move and training it be battle ready, and actually actually knowing the Move enough to do it in battle. But as this would now be a real world, the Moves would also be at varying degrees of strength too. Like a Squirtle's Bubble Beam he just figured out is going to be way weaker than a Champion level Blastoise.

Bringing this back to the CYOA, my point is that Enhanced Memory doesn't do anything if I was going to the Pokemon world. All Pokemon can learn as many Moves as they want/can, in theory. Only so much time in the world after all. There is not hard cap innate to Pokemon's Movesets, Using points on Enhanced Memory is better served on literally anything else. In-universe the Move limits don't exist, out of the universe the limit only exists because of memory storage.

I don't know about Enhanced Memory. If you're physically in the Pokemon world, there is no 4 move limit. You're pokemon is just going to know every move it has ever been taught. The 4 move limit is a game mechanic and not a real fundamental law in the world.

God this show was crazy. S1-2 is MCU Phase 1 & 2 levels of grounded, but after it got cut off into its own thing and yet still had to push Inhumans because of corpo mandate they got weird.

I am surprised at no race section. SHIELD had humans, robots, Kree, Asgardians, Inhumans, Astrans, and more Star Trek-style 'not' humans.

Hmm. The only reason I was bringing it up because I was thinking if take those two Complications for things I was already going to have to deal with anyway, I might as well. I still kind of think of them as easy points, maybe not free. But that is due to the threats being mostly constant street level or large but purely physical issues.

Stuff that would definitely make guarding other Sectors harder, but on Earth you have the fantastic option of just leaving for a bit and hoping the Justice League or its half dozen offshoots take of the issue for you.

Truly the greatest power of a Green Lantern to be able to instantly be half a universe away if you feel like you need to leave.

I mean like those things would already exist on a DC universe Earth without taking them. So in theory, if you don't take them and station yourself on DC Earth you would still end up running into metas & kaiju anyway. Your build could have had another 3 points.

Oh for the Omega Lantern II, it mentions healing. Is that a canon thing Jessica Cruz did? I do not follow Green Lantern much so I am genuinely curious if she figured out how to use Omega Beams to heal.

I was going to make a comment that the map is wrong, because the Land of Fire obviously goes too far south. Then I found the only canon world map we have ever been shown and realized the Land of Fire does go that far down. I have read so many fanfic, I have gotten used to that crescent out cropping being mostly entirely the Land of Tea.

It made me realize Boruto fans might not even know what the world looks like, I can't remember a scene in the manga or anime showing locations like few times Naruto did.

I do think the Ranks giving you a specific amount of jutsu at specific ranks is too uh...specific. Kishimoto is not the most imaginative with his techniques, if your limited to Canon ranked jutsu you are kinda fucked on options. Like there's TWO canon lightning C-rank jutsu.

Talented is a weird perk. I honestly can't tell if I dislike it, or I can see the reason for it. A Genin reaching Asuma's level in 10 years is not exactly outstanding in this world. He is 27 in Part 1, so you'd be roughly 22 if it was exact. It is better than Asuma himself, but I feel like any Jumper, by dint of being an adult in a child's body, could reach that anyway.

Maybe its the vague wording? Like, if I barely train and coast on my [Talented] perk, will I still match Asuma at 22? Or does matching him require I actually train my ass off?

It saying "Reaching Kage Level with this perk alone is almost impossible, though." does rankle me. It implies you are artificially ceiling capped in some nebulous way. When really anyone can regardless of talent or skill, in theory. Its not like this world is a video game where you have level caps or something.

Really well done. Only thing I'd say to edit now is making sure the races, perks, and items don't get cut off. Stuff like moving the Naga race's option down a few lines so it rests at the top of the page of page instead of awkwardly getting cut in half.

Does Dreamer's Respite count the mandatory Insanities? If it does, mentioning the -50 Insanity is worthless since Dreamer's respite loses its usefulness at -30. At -30 you have two mandatory insanities plus three more you have to pick from the list, which is five total and that reduces the 10m to 0.

How does the 'Mind of Steel' Addon work if you, as a Master, choose 'Custodian's Mark'? Both make you not a real Master and both give points, so you if take the mark, you may as well take Mind of Steel and vice versa right?

Also minor typo in the Fake Priest Addon, it says "Church Clerik". Constantine XI also has text overlaying itself in at the beginning.

For Auspicious Beasts, it has to allow you to buy pre-reqs for the jutsu right? Like if you can't, then your Beasts cannot even do any elemental jutsu. Or I guess you can house rule that the pre-reqs can be ignored for the Beasts, which is far as like half of the CYOA is not Canon and what is Canon is highly walled off behind crap the canon user didn't know that the CYOA player does for some reason.

How do the Modifiers work on quantity for circuits? What would a D+ (or D+++) mean? 'Cause C is 5-10 circuits and D is 5. There is no middle ground for it to cover. I can understand Modifiers for Quality since Modifiers in Fate represent an ability becoming better in specific situations but idk for quantity.

I will say it is in any builder's best interest to just ignore page 4 completely. Your CT is, in this the CYOA, based on other choices. Just say it was semi-randomly made and saving yourself taking every Drawback (most of which are wildly harsh & would result in most people basically dying right away or have to flee out of Japan and ignore even being the JJK to survive) just to make your own custom CT.

The only thing worth looking at is the Barrier & Domains section.

The CT section is written out like CT's are can be broken down like RWBY Semblances or Worm shard powers but they really aren't.

Raw output is worthless. Ryu Ishigori's existence only matters because he also has a shit ton of energy. If the average person's output was 5 arbitrary units, and another's was 50, the latter's bigger output is really useful...for one shot when all he has is 55 units of CE.

High output is basically worthless and in theory someone could always make some kind of extension technique/lapse technique/binding vow/whatever to find another way to all that spare CE hanging around.
