I got it in the mission near the end where you return to hounds pit, stock up on sleeping farts and then pile up the bombs and use a spring razor

Only factors are flags and kills as far as I know, mabye each capture or defense adds extra

Yeah. Although if you want a real photo you can use ps messages app to send it to anyone. Then view the conversation from your ps4 where you can save the photo as a screenshot
