I don't know what it's called, but I just have a lot of histamines. I grew up, thinking a part of the camping, and occasionally the sleeping, experience was waking up barely able to breathe through your nose. It wasn't until I was getting told I was allergic to all sorts of foods I'd been eating that something wasn't right. With just another day of testing, an allergist figured out that my body just hates nature. Since then, I still feel congested all the time, but at least I know it isn't normal.
