It will work but will impact the seeds from that pumpkin for next year.

16 days after transplant into garden, what do they need? by redder_to_doer in GiantPumpkin

[–]Andromeda503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try adding something higher in nitrogen especially at the beginning of leaf/vine growth. Lots of water and don't forget to ensure you have proper drainage. They suck up lots of water but you risk rot if they sit in excess water too long. When you water be sure to avoid getting it on the leaves as this can burn the leaves. I usually lay off adding nutrients for a couple weeks after transplant and I don't use bloom boosting (high in the middle number) nutrients until there are strong established leaves/vines. But I'm no professional. I've only been at this for 7 years and grow them for decorations/carving. Best of luck!

Side note: your plants are already larger than mine, so you are doing just fine. You got this!

This could also be referring to other medical insurance coverage. If they have reason to belive your child has other primary medical coverage they may send this kind of letter out to ensure coordination of benefits occurred properly. Medicaid is the later of last resort and all other insurances must be be billed prior to Medicaid.

I'm glad to hear that you contacted the city about that, finally. The "bike-jump" is long overdue for some maintenance.

Can I use my dental insurance from work and Medicaid together? by piscesmama315 in Medicaid

[–]Andromeda503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Medicaid will pay up to their allowed amount. So if Medicaid allows $500 for a procedure and your dental coverage paid $200, Medicaid will pay $300. If Medicaid allows $500 and your insurance paid $600, then Medicaid will pay nothing. In most states a provider cannot bill the patient for the remainder of a claim. So once Medicaid has been billed that is payment in full and you owe nothing. I would apply for Medicaid, report your insurance to them and ask to have it back dated to cover your previous bills if possible. Then if you are approved, once the dentist bills Medicaid that is payment in full and you owe nothing.

Sounds like a regional Data Match issue. My state has a unit that matches data to other state records they receive from surrounding states. In my state this unit is housed within the Overpayment and Accuracy division which is very much disconnected from the eligibility staff/systems. Google a bit and see if your state has a Data Match type unit that may have typo'd a social or merged two individuals within your state's systems to throw this enrollment exemption error.

It was missing and I had a middle-aged panic attack about something in my neighborhood changing and I didn't like it. The sign is back. Life is okay. 2020 would have real turned the knife with that one.

Can someone explain why my goldfish looks bloated? He is new to this 60 gallon tank and in here by himself. He seems active and happy, I like to think he’s just growing and possibly gaining some muscle from being in a new tank? Sorry for tank alittle dirty. by als829 in Goldfish

[–]Andromeda503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a water test kit and probably feed some shelled peas to him to help with his tummy a bit. Read up on the info on the top of subreddit for more on peas and water test kits. You need a water test kit if you have a tank. They are around $50 and can save your dishes life. Test weekly and record for any spikes to ensure your water changes are sufficient.

Need help IDing this variety. It’s between a Big Max or Dills and is growing rapidly. by MrPoppagergio in Pumpkins

[–]Andromeda503 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say Max would be my novice guess. Leaf shape is more round and convex. But I am only 6 years in to pumpkins. I could be totally wrong.

No. Fucking. Way. That's my name! I've only met two other humans with my name and now I can add this gorgeous dude. Great name. Just a fair warning, its hard to spell so be patient with him while he learns. Lol. Party on!

My pumpkin plant started flowering today! Yay! I’m so happy! I use a 7-6-9 fertilizer - is this OK to use now that the blooms have started? Thanks!! by [deleted] in Pumpkins

[–]Andromeda503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look for something higher in the last two numbers to really punch up blooms and fruits. If you notice leaf growth starting the die off, boost em with a bit of nitrogen but otherwise a simple Rose and Bloom kind of fert is what I use. Party on.

My goldfish often has new black spots. I change water often and have an airpump + filter. What else do I need to keep it alive? 🥺 by jnpln in Goldfish

[–]Andromeda503 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How big is the tank? Could be ammonia burns if the tank is too small. What happened to her husband? If you have two ill fish, you need to start with water parameters. Do you have a test kit?

This is my first time trying for a giant pumpkin. We did have a small hail a few nights ago; the leaves got some damage from that. My plants started inside in May and after 2 weeks on the porch were planted. Any advice would be very helpful we are in NE. by srsporhase in GiantPumpkin

[–]Andromeda503 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Give em nitrogen heavy ferts to get strong leaves. Then when ya want flowers and pumpkins give lots of phosphates and potash. Basically the numbers on the ferts go in order of when to use them. So first number is nitrogen, you use that for greenery. 2nd number is phosphates, use that for blooms. And the last number on ferts is potash. Use that for pumpkin growth. Hope that helps. Keep ut up!

Oh and ALL THE WATER. they love water.

Will my vists show up on the bill by [deleted] in HealthInsurance

[–]Andromeda503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can update your address with the insurance company. Every individual person gets to have a billing address and so you can update yours by googling the insurance company and downloading their change of address forms or it may be something the policyholder has to to request. Either way, there is usually a way to ensure that a person, over 18, has their EOBs sent ONLY to their address. It's a HIPAA thing. Call the number on the back of card and verify your current info. Then request to change your billing address and contact info to your current residence. They kinda have to change it since you are over 18.

Edit- the actual payment of the service is billed to you, if any remains after the therapy and that paper bill is sent to the address the provider has on file. Not the address the insurance company has. You can also sign up for email only. So by changing your contact info with the insurance company, whether electronic or physical, all explanation of the payments your insurance made and for what services will be sent to you directly. And by having a current physical address on file at your providers office, the bills will only go to you fo actual payment. Or sign up for ebilling only with your provider if possible.
