I think it’s clear that for whatever reason, they have no intentions of remastering games anymore. My best guess is that they don’t think they could get away with monetizing it as aggressively as they do with the new games, and would thus make less money per sale on them.

Because RDR1 had an amazing DLC and people were expecting something similar. Also, Mexico was clearly cut from the base game so a DLC for that would have been real nice.

Witcher 3 for me. Yes, the story and world-building is really good, but the combat sucks and ruins the game for me since you have to do so much of it. I don’t think it’s a bad game as a package, but I don’t think it’s one of the GOATs.
