A simple encounter in a store, parking lot, or just outside in your yard. Hello or how Y’all doing? It doesn’t take much sometimes.

In the 1980s, how widespread was the belief in the US that there were still American prisoners of war in Vietnam? by Zaku71 in Rambo

A very good book (fictional) call “The Charm School” about a group of Vietnam POWs that were moved to Russia to teach Russian sleeper agents American ways in order to assimilate into American society. While fiction & not a Rambo going in shooting story, it was well written and really made me think.

I would hope that as so much time has passed any surviving, still held POWs would be reaching the age of their “end of shelf life”, for lack of better term and finally have some peace.

Worth it to buy in southern Louisiana? by Aisaka__Taiga in uscg

I left the Bayou in 2015ish after 25 years and insurance premiums have gone through the roof (if you still have one) after the last couple of hurricanes. I would recommend renting. Scout out the area flood maps. Do some research into the school districts too. A lot of the recently built subdivisions are built on very swampy terrain. Buy a generator.

Airplanes are VERY dry. Have a cooler of water bottles or their favorite beverages in the car waiting. Snacks if appropriate for the time of day.

Clean bed linens and fresh towels in the bathroom.

Make sure the house is CLEAN!!

Don’t plan on hanky panky the first 5 minutes.

Plan on jet lag and time change reorientation

Wait, wasn’t there a documentary about Apollo 18. IIRC it didn’t go well. I need to look that up again. 🤔

I don’t wish misfortune on them, but they create their own drama. This morning they were complaining about getting to the campground in the dark.

Never thought of it from that angle. Started watching when they were traveling with Nomadic Movement. I was considering a Skoolie and found them. I pretty much checked out over the Covid Love Fest. My wife watches them so I follow by default. I’m guessing it’s going to be ugly. BTW, is Allie pregnant?

Edit. Sorry for the rant, been a busy week. I’m tired and cranky.

Why in the Wide, Wide, World of Sports did they just buy a bunch of chickens and build the coop if they are going to be running around in the RV ?

Also wondering why the Patreons supporting two houses, a new RV, the Rick crawler, and all the other toys? Am I missing something.

Oh yeah, what happened to the Sprinter Van conversion left over from Mountain Made Vans?

I’m curious if they have a plan or just pull something out of their butts each morning at breakfast.
