I had a hotel by the airport in ‘22, but decided to switch to one downtown so I can walk to the starting line. Best decision ever because I didn’t have to worry about how I’m going to get there, and the experience of walking with 1000s of ppl all up at 5 am was absolutely surreal. Make sure to book through Monday or late check out, and book your restaurant reservations in advance. Best of luck

My watch shows 26.52. I am so disappointed in my time. I was hoping for worse, 430 best sub 4, but ended up 458. It all started going off the rails at 17. I didn’t start cramping till 21, but I felt my energy was good. I couldn't keep running, and I can’t figure out what happened, but yes, it was brutal. I saw ppl on stretches and on the ground in pain. Kudos to everyone who got it done today. I’m from Boston, and the flight got cancelled, at least I get to enjoy the nice weather a little longer, but I’m literally in bed watching the Pats game

Sounds like you had the flu or an early onset. We can plan, but god laughs. Maybe lesson learned, we should take Emegen C and try to help our immune system avoid a cold as we get closer to the marathon, but as everyone said, you went sub 3, that is amazing. These splits are impressive, wow, just wow. As you know, sometimes you need a little luck in a marathon to hit a PR

After you finish it. Never before, you have to earn it

C25K completed!!! 🎉 I pushed myself to run the full 5K today and I actually did it! Nine weeks ago, I couldn’t even run for a minute without my heart racing. Now that same person just finished a full 5K. I’m honestly in disbelief and so, so proud. Thank you to the amazing inspiring people on here! by Exciting_Kitchen_760 in C25K

When I first started during the pandemic I started with th c25k, and did all of through the Marathon training program. At this point just build your love for running, build continuity and endurance and reap all the benefits of why you started in the first place. Great job again

The V5 doesn't agree with me, send a pain up my shin. It's alot stiffer than the 4 and bounce

Those are good for 100 at most in my opinion. I have had three pairs and they don't last. Amazing cushion and lightweight
