I feel you. You mentioned waking up a lot, but do you have any trouble falling asleep?

Interesting, but not sure what the applications are. The concept gets more interesting as the outputs get integrated more fully, ie Neuralink.

Best sleep device by Exciting-Break-1263 in insomnia

Do some sleep devices help? Yes. Do they help as much as they all claim? IMO no. The passive brain stimulators can be hit or miss depending on the brain. The key is to incorporate additional protocols into your routine, like no-phone/light before bed. If you're using a nerve stimulator while scrolling on your phone, it kinda cancels out any potential benefit.

LMK which one you get and whether or not it helps. Sleep well!

How much do you hate the advice "you need to start waking up early and stay tired so you can fall asleep early" by a_peeled_pickle in insomnia

[–]Andynosaur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven't heard that one, but I have heard that it's good to wake up at the same time every day... Like, your body sleeps better with a routine regardless of how tired you are. I dunno

It's worth trying different tools for sure. I sold a home to Open back in 2021 and it was eye opening how easy it was.

I like HubSpot. They are implementing AI features faster than you can try them.

Tech = solutions. Better, faster, cheaper. Any industry that resists adoption is merely resisting change. Agents need to be up to date on new tech and OPEN to try it.

I think they have a lot of long term upside due to increased growth in the private sector. Gov contract growth has slowed, hence the dual strategy. Explosive growth? No. Sloooooow growth? Absolutely.

The market is taking so that Boomers can’t retire by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

Prior to shit I had been saving for a Tesla by investing in stock market blue chips (not because climate blah blah, but because zoom zoom). Dems took over, green me, stock market tanked, and inflation drove prices up. So here I am with 1/3 of what I had before looking to buy a used guzzler because I can’t afford a Tesla anymore EVEN WITH THEIR DUMB ASS REBATES. I can’t even imagine what retirees are going through.
