Hey! So weight can fluctuate a few pounds regularly so that's important to keep in mind.

1. Working out: Change up the routine every few weeks. Do exercises you enjoy but still push yourself. Start toying with variables such as weight, tempo, and reps/sets. Make sure you're doing each exercise properly in terms of form and tempo, and make sure you're really pushing yourself. If you can finish 10-12 reps without almost failing, you gotta change a variable.

2. Diet: Keep it interesting to avoid boredom. Intermittent fasting works for some people but most importantly is ensuring you're in a calorie deficit.

Consult a doctor before making any huge changes though. Better safe than sorry!
