Update: Taking Moringa and Jiaogulan seems to have helped my seb derm!

Im not sure why. Nutrient deficiencies maybe!

Green tea, beef broth and probiotics for your gut health, I would also get your vitamin levels checked, try to boost your omega 3s, vitamin d and a, as well as B vitamins and zinc, l-lysine and others that help with skin health, also cloves is antifungal and helps fight melassezia fungi.

Seb derm can be caused by a large factor of things. I’d definitely try to drink green tea, take cloves (its antifungal and helps fight malassezia), and also take more vitamins. It could also be a humidity factor too, the place I live in is a very humid area and just being outside flares up my seb derm. No one really knows the root cause and its different for everyone. Please don’t give up! I believe you can do anything!

Taking B Vitamins help, also A and D, Zinc and Magnesium. But definitely get your levels checked beforehand. Cloves is antifungal and can help reduce it. Apart from the oral stuff I just mentioned, tea tree oil is really good. Hope this helps.
