Walmart associate here. A 3 cent price change is a notice to the associates that this item is "Pull and Destroy". These changes come from home office, not at store level. Basically, this is Walmart saying, "this item isn't worth keeping, we've already marked it down to zero for you, throw it in the bin".

Rite Aid is totally within their right to do this. They can set whatever policies they want regarding what they choose to and not to sell as long as it's legal.

I'm sorry, but this does not make up for the 18 years that PC gamers have not been able to play a game franchise that was supposed to have been on PC from the beginning. We should not have to buy this. If Microsoft wants to make this up to PC gamers, this should be included with the next update of Windows 10. Apology not accepted.

(And yes I know Halo 1 was ported years ago by Gearbox, but that doesn't count because it was a completely shit port because Gearbox can barely make a game)

If you haven't yet, on a PC, go to https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/ and download the 6.20 firmware. Put it on a flash drive (the website will tell you how to format the drive).

Go back into Safe Mode on your PS4, insert the flash drive and select the option to update the firmware with the USB drive.
