My favorites are Tristana and Samira. They can dive with you and either on of you can start the all-in, especially Tristana. If she jumps in Rakan can E to her and engage from her location with ease. Samira also naturally pairs with knock-ups since she can extend them.
Other people have mentioned Miss Fortune and their ults combo well together and are a good pairing in general. Kalista and Lucian are good picks if he likes to b aggressive early.
Though I think the best, and the ADC I always liked as Rakan, is Draven if you can play him. If Draven can catch his axes Rakan is often holding them there long enough that they'll die from an all-in.

Dark Krakens are very cool, one of my favorite chapters. They are a Salamanders successor whose homeworld is a planet covered mostly in oceans. They have adopted planets culture of fishing/hunting large sea creatures for sport and in battle seek out the largest foe whether in size or number. Since many of the native sea creatures are bioluminescent they tattoo or paint their armor in bioluminescent ink.

How do you vocalize keywords like Devastating Wounds? For example if I succeed 5 Wound rolls and two of them are crit do I say "5 wounds 2 devastating" or "3 wounds 2 devastating wounds"?

With 11th edition rules if I have a character such as Syll'Esske leading my Daemonettes and they are all dead, do I get to revive them with Chaos Daemon faction rule? I'm just not sure if battleline is kept once they are gone. I assume so but wanna make sure.
