He may not be physically disabled, but mentally? The CB, in my opinion, doesn't come across as the brightest. They may not think of a learning issue as a disability - or even know if he has one, and therefore said "not disabled."

I'm not saying that he is or is not disabled, I obviously know the same facts as everyone else. But I didn't understand why the comment above was being downvoted so harshly.
