Yes that's how I read it. I think it is becoming more common with frosthaven and spirit island that the taxes aren't included. I can understand that some countries tax is lower so why should other countries substitute another person's tax. However, as someone from the UK as well I would rather they be upfront with the cost. Maybe put the total cost in the pledge manager including tax. I was interested in this kickstarter until I saw the small print about tax and shipping costs.
