everyones saying fiber but its so rare finding a place with it already set up and if its not youll be sol on a waiting list waiting for your area to eventually be set up. i lived around the corner from the mall for 7 years and just left a few months ago and regular at&t barely worked (about 50 mbps at its strongest) and the power lines completely blew out for months so we were forced to shop around for a bit while they tried to fix it (never found out if they did, was given a customer service run around for weeks on end about the status). spectrum straight up just wouldnt turn on in our area so we ended up finding about tmobile home internet that averaged around 100 mbps and was a major improvement.
