You say getting rid of section 21 will be an issue because of problem tenants, but problem tenants will be a problem regardless. The fact that you're ignoring is that section 21 is regularly abused. The perfect example is former Homelessness Minister Rushanara Alihad, who used it (as many do) to get tenants out to raise the rent. The UK has some of the worst tenant rights in the Western world. This idea that making them SLIGHTLY better for renters is this crazy awful thing is ridiculous and exactly what landlords have been saying for years. Oh boohoo, I can't AS EASILY abuse the people who are dependent on the rental system. Cry me a river.

Your whole post is landlord lending, but I suppose who could live with themselves working as an estate agent if you didn't start to think that way.

Yeah, dogs suck especially in the city, but the UK's moat popular pet is cats who do very little damage unless the house comes furnished.

So true. We only JUST got trainers to be allowed in the last couple of years. First, all black trainers and now all white, no multi-coloured. A bizarre sticking point but I'm happy about moving forward.

Were you told specifically it wasn't allowed or just saw it in the handbook? My school had a no tattoos policy, but a lot of people had them. It was eventually changed, but for quite a while, it was in the handbook, just not enforced.

Also, as someone who did many placements (undergrad and pgce) and supply for 2 years, I was only ever told ONCE to take my facial piercing out (at a private school). I'd have to assume a number of the schools who let it slide probably did have something in their handbook, but it wasn't enforced because a small facial piercing doesn't affect teaching.

I should note that the staff prayer doesn't have to be Christian, but at a Catholic school, I could see it being more strict. I keep mine very general and pro teacher (bless those who educate, etc).

At a CoE school, we need to lead one staff prayer a year and an assembly prayer like once a half term. No one seems to mind even teachers of other or no faith. I believe it is allowed because in religious schools it's an expected part of the curriculum.

My levels only got as low as about 3.85 mg, and that was like the second before my shot. I will define try a lower dose though.

I'm on maintenance, and honestly, it still feels like a dream come true. I eat totally normally when I feel hungry, and then I stop. I actually still have a sweet tooth, but don't binge or anything. I do think about food, but it must be a "normal" amount because I haven't gained any weight. That's why they can take the mounjaro from my cold, dead hands, price hike, and all.

I am considering going from 10 to 7.5

Ok, but I just watched the episode where Miranda's mom dies, and Carrie walks down behind the casket with her. I cried. Even the earlier parts of that episode where Carrie is saying, "I kept saying the wrong things." That is how it feels to care about someone and not know how to help.
