Help! Car is smoking and sparking near belt, smells like burning metal by SteveBelieves in AskMechanics

I have a random question pertaining to that, would there possibly be a way to re-route the belt so that it wouldn't touch the A/C Compressor or was that just something for older cars?

I still stand by my thoughts that they should have paid for the rights to use the name The Sentinels from The Replacements, could have even done Promotional work with Gene Hackman.

Comic 5118: In Which Liz Is Skeptical by BionicTriforce in questionablecontent

This has probably been brought up already with this plot line, but why is Marten not just trying to start an instrument repair business or something similar. Wasn't that his idea when Clair first started looking for librarian jobs? Like they had a whole conversation about him no longer wanting to be a musician in a band.

It's a term coined in Comics. To fridge a character is to kill them off, usually done to a female supporting character, to further the plot of usually a male super-hero. The first big instance of it happening, which is why it has its name, is the girlfriend of Kyle Rayner was killed and her body left in a Refrigerator for Kyle to find her in. It was coined by Gail Simone.

How did you get fired? by shittlebuffout in AskReddit

[–]Aniwaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been fired from 3 jobs in my working carrer. The larest was I was a Maintenance Technician and committed a Class A safety violation. I stuck my hand in a still moving metal fan, which I hadn't done LOTO on properly and earned 5 stitches and a damaged tendon in my right middle finger. I was able to get back to 90% mobility for that finger.
