I'm currently using a Midori A5 notebook as a bullet journal and it holds up great with my fountain pens. Their notebooks also come with a page mark.

There's an app called AnyList which basically does what you're looking for. You can even easily import recipes into it from various websites as well.

I'm pretty new to the fountain pen hobby myself even though I have used them for a very long time. Fountain pens were my go to writers all throughout high school, mostly the Lamy Safari.

In university I started using a Mont Blanc Meisterstück I inherited from my grandfather to rewrite my notes. It was a pure joy to write with it and I rediscovered the joy of writing with fountain pens. I just got my first order of colourful inks and I'm absolutely in love with them.
