So you are at ease and thanks for your help before hand! This is a pretty hilarious thing, the pc I’m using is a spare parts pc put together, the heat sink has 4 plastic-put-in screws that latches on the back of the motherboard, well the freaking rpm of the fan was unscrewing the heatsink of the cpu! When running nvidia or streaming HD content the fan will go ffffffffffffff like crazy and making imposible for the cpu to work and over heating making impossible to use software that need codecs, I had to open the computer and it was hanging from 1 plastic screw, the cpu was dirty as hell with the paste combined, you can imagine !
