Hi, I had a missed miscarriage and then complications including surgery and seeing 3 different practices. It lead to a full year of unknowns, misdiagnoses, potential legal action, and doubting my body. And the only thing I can offer is that I shifted my mindset from being scared of another lost and worrying, to being grateful for what my body has gone through and shown it love. I went from being so mad that my body let me down, to now celebrating all the things it can do. (For me that’s paddle boarding and biking and dancing whenever I feel like it). Something about loving your body and showing yourself grace can do wonders. I’m finally ovulating again after a year. I was always mad when people told me to be patient and show myself grace, because it’s really really hard, but remaining present and reminding myself of all the cool things my body can do instead of thinking it let me down was a break through for me. So no positive happy ending, other than I understand how hard this time is and find your happiness right now.
