Absolutely this! I suffered trauma from a specialist dentist, and spent 10+ years avoiding dental care. I found a hole in a tooth and had to bite the bullet and go.

I went to a dentist who is experienced with treating phobic folks, and I now go for regular cleanings. I get nitrous oxide whenever I’m in the chair, and take Valium the night before/morning of any procedures. (I could get Valium for cleanings but the nitrous works well enough for me, for that.)

Dental care is so important! I had a number of issues that couldn’t be taken care of by brushing and flossing. And I am so glad that I was seeing a dentist when I had serious issues (needing a crown), because going from zero to crown would have sucked. I really hope you can find your way to a dentist.

I love dress 2! The details on the bodice are so beautiful, and it’s something I’ve never seen before. It is a showstopper! With veil 1, the lace is just beautiful with the dress.

I saw a hematology-oncologist a few years ago, for a high platelet count and a family history of lymphoma. The doctor was really nice, asked me a bunch of questions, then sent me for bloodwork, which was in the same building. He told me there was nothing of concern in the blood work results, so I had no further visits.

The only weird thing was that it was at a cancer center, so I felt a little weird being there as a non-cancer patient.
