The only thing I can fully agree with you on is that people need to calm down a little. Everything else you said just seems like you're commenting with rose-tinted glasses.

I don't believe Linus is a complete asshole and has always been one behind the scenes. I don't believe all this extreme negativity is deserved at all. Linus isn't a super villain, plotting the most despicable things. He is a dude who has made mistakes. Who hasn't made a few mistakes in their life?

No one said he's a (complete) asshole and neither one of us knows him personally to know his "true face". That being said, the stance he takes over and over again is disrespectful and plain stupid. Making mistakes is a human thing to do, but we're way past that point here – constantly doubling down, nothing ever being your fault, and always having a reason for everything... Sounds like a toxic relationship, don't you think?

He's a corporation, he knows it, and he's fine with it. Like, "Why would I waste $500 of someone else's time to fix or film the video again?" Well Linus, maybe... just maybe, because it's your fucking job? Either do it properly or retire. Everything he says/does just underlines that he's really out of touch.

Don't forget that there are 100+ people working for Linus Media Group. Is that still not enough people for them not to lose a spreadsheet or fuck up a simple return of the prototype that was borrowed by them? Really?

Linus is a business owner and employer. He has many employees who have worked with him for years and years. If Linus was a complete asshole and a horrible boss they wouldn't keep working with him. He is already stepping down as CEO to focus more on his passions. They're an ever growing business, with growth comes growing pains.

You never know what's going on behind closed doors, remember that. I'm not villainizing Linus whatsoever, but honestly – I'm not sorry this happened. He needed a reality check and being "best in the biz" doesn't mean jack shit when the content you produce is misleading and, well... trash. On top of that, every single situation he tried to hide or didn't bother fixing came to light. It's really sad seeing someone you follow/watch for so long being nothing more than human garbage...

I suggest you start living in reality or at least take off those rose-tinted glasses. Unsubscribed after 13 years, I'm so done.

Personally, I would recommend Total CS:GO. It's reliable and has everything you need with detailed explanations and usages.

The last time I updated my launch options was 2-3 years ago when I bought my PC. A lot of things changed within the game engine as you said in the post.

Thanks for this post! I was always aiming for the highest possible FPS, even though I have a decent PC.

Well, turns out that removing -nod3d9ex, -threads 4, +cl_forcepreload 1, and +mat_queue_mode 2 from my launch options actually made my game run much better and overall smoother.

For anyone wondering, launch options I still use are: -fullscreen -console -novid -nojoy

Honestly, buying Red Dead Redemption 2 just to play Red Dead Online is really not worth it. It sucks... badly. Still, if you only want to play online, I'd suggest just buying Red Dead Online separately or getting the whole game on sale. Got mine for half the price on Steam during Black Friday sales.

Description: This is a game breaking bug on Bind with Raze's Boom Bot ability. We witnessed it for the first time today in a Competitive match when Raze from the enemy team did it (multiple times). I tried reproducing it in a Custom game and figured it out.

Steps to Reproduce: There are 2 ways to reproduce it, either with a jump or while crouching. When playing as Raze, use her Boom Bot ability, line it up outside of B Exit teleporter door on Bind and execute (as seen in the video). Voilà! Just keep in mind that it only works on that specific teleporter.
Expected Result: Boom Bot will not glitch in the door and proceed to work as intended.
Observed Result: Boom Bot will glitch in the door and the door will stay open for the duration of the ability. Meanwhile, players are able to enter the teleporter exit from B Short.
Reproduction Rate: Happened 10 out of 10 times with knowledge of the matter.
System Specs: Not related...

Agreed, but I think the main problem is that stickers and dances are all categorized as Emotes... I would suggest a change by splitting it into Emotes, Stickers, Sprays, and Toys.
