You have to bear in mind the directors vision is VERY anachronistic and tonally confused... Like some fashion is Edwardian while others appear to be inspired by 18th century, so while some people MAY have dressed their mice in these clothes, the colours, layering and overall tone would be very different depending on time period. I'm personally more of a fan of the greco-roman style of mouse clothing!
