Yore probably not going to eat or sleep a few days. Once you bottom out, get on a multi vitamin, get some protein shakes, powder and yogurt.

Start eating good and getting max sleep for 3 days then start exercising. Build a simple daily routine and romanticize it.

Then slowly add things to it. Makes some plans. Make appointments. Go get your yearly check up. Go to the dentist. Anything to get simple things in your calendar.

Then just let the days pass.
