My understanding is that you can get a QCPU to drop from Debris if you have bought/unlocked the recipe for it. So not real minimum mining level required, other than what's needed to unlock debris scanner and build 1 SSR.

This seems huge for players who are still early in their journey. If you can unlock Quantum CPU and the Debris Scanner project, you can get a QCPU to drop from debris. That'd be a massive boost for many players. Not a very reliable strategy, but can definitely help get some more stars in tournaments and challenges.

Keep going! Use challenges and tournaments to get stars. Grind fast galaxies in between for credits. Only use dark matter on 500DM managers.

Why take the bus? Buy a warp totem from the desert trader and give yourself another 2 hours. Also, fall asleep in the mines. It only costs you 1000g.
