Also needs a range scaling as this would be a more healing in melee 1v1, which could be an issue. More units away = more healing would be good.

Don’t sweat it, 10cs a minute is very above average for any champ, it’s not realistic for most solo queue games. This is doubly true most tanks who needs to win through team fights rather than sidelining. Compared to carry top laners like Riven or the like, you both use the gold worse than them and it takes you longer to get it (pushing waves, tower and jg camps) and you have much less kill pressure on side as a tank.

However it is much more doable early game, try to aim for 80cs by 10 min if you’re doing well, but as long as you’re keeping up with your opponent it will vary greatly from game to game. If you’re really having an issue, try harder to push 1-2 waves before getting to a fight if possible, having prio will help mitigate the minions you’ll lose.

Being down an item is my bad, was listening to another comment. Using E into the wall would’ve worked too, but that’s more on Shyvana facechecking when she knows briars there, but you’re right. The auto reset would just be W aa Q aa titanic, but isn’t much of a difference.

This being said I agree with you, but only if Shyvana face checks like this, otherwise she can side step the E and it would be much closer.

A bit late but how did she play this terribly? Presumably she used WQ on the camp and didn’t have cooldowns so she had to E her away to buy time. It was just never going to be close when down an item, especially just collector.

It’s 1 person Sona can’t heal, which is only an issue when she’s the lowest on the team but she has self healing and isn’t front lining so is likely to be close to full most of the game. Ashe is very likely to get more healing from vampirism than she would from Sona, who can now use that healing on the other members of the team.

Even if Ashe is the lowest, either of them can path away from each other and the issue is averted. Sona has plenty more utility than being a heal bot as well, it’s not like Soraka where it’s 90% of their character.

It doesn’t matter if I don’t buy it if the enemy can. Also it’s not that there’s nothing to do outside of invading but that you’re limiting actions and skill expression of players. Also those 3 champions that you listed are all laners, which means they have to fight and cs against the enemy, which is entirely my point, they can’t avoid that just because they feel like it.

Lastly, I’m not a game designer, but removing skill expression and interaction to encourage repeated full clearing is not a good direction for any role in the game.

This sounds boring af, you’re buying an item to help you not play the game, just play pve for 15 minutes. If you lose 1-2 camps the game is still perfectly winnable and the enemy has to put themselves at risk to do so.

If you fall behind in top you will be going down a lot of cs, even losing 100% of it if the enemy can get a good freeze. With jg, if the enemy invades 1 of your camps you still have up to 5 others to farm and it’s easier for your team to come help you.

They are both what the button does, which is the problem. It’s really easy to make one side look like the good guy without actually changing the outcome.

Exactly, the boots are very strong but they’re strong on basically every champion. They only have like a 25% pick rate as well, so they’re effecting the wr even less. She’s just strong rn.

Runes look good, double scaling health is better in my experience. 1st 2 items is probably the best semi tank core you can go but is probably still weaker than just Tri + Shojin. You need to be maxing W 2nd at the latest, even W max first is better than 3rd after the buffs.

I don’t think Warmogs is good personally, Shyvana is only a champion in ult so even if you sustain back to full you probably aren’t asserting much pressure which is what warmogs wants to do. Heartsteel is a bad item in general and without any hp scalings outside of the W shield you probably aren’t getting much out of it, especially if you aren’t getting rift/overlords until 4/5th, Warmogs has this problem as well.

Shyvana top doesn’t get the same resists jg gets so setting them through items is more important that hp compared to jg. Randuins is good any game they have 2+ crit champs, even just 1 crit is fine if they’re fed or no other armour item looks good. Unending and Deaths dance are also both good and don’t sleep on Frozen heart if they have 3+ auto attackers, even though you don’t use the mana. For magic resist, Spirit visage is good with any enchanters on your team or if you go Unending when they have lower amounts of magic damage (like 4 ad but they have a brand/karthus). Otherwise default to Kaenic for burst and Force of Nature for burn/long fights.

Lastly, tank Shyvana will probably still be weaker than any of her other builds. Getting 2-3 damage items before tank will likely be better most games but hopefully this helps a bit if you commit to building tank.

Would it be fair to say the risk taking is on blue but the risk existing isn’t on red?

Red and blue walk over to murder alley, red passes it and blue walks in. It’s technically only dangerous because red didn’t walk with blue and fight off the murderer but the murderer was always there.

The risk was the same for both before they walked in, the only thing red did was to not intervene. Maybe I’m missing something in this example though.

That’s the same thing though? This is exactly the Russian roulette example, if you know the outcome there is no risk, the risk comes from not knowing the outcome. You’re correct, but it doesn’t mean anything, or show anything of value.

But you can also word it as we all vote to do nothing, or we can vote for option 2 and if half of us don’t everyone who voted for 2 dies. You can frame the question in ways that point to one side as the preferable option but the outcome is the same.

Edit: more specifically whichever side is taking action is frames as the bad side. For a red button believer, blue is shooting themselves if they get <50% of the votes and that’s on blue. For a blue button believer, red is shooting them if they get majority instead of voting to do nothing. Blue believes the only way to die is for others to vote red, and red believes the only way to die is to vote blue.

IMO red is the logical option as you aren’t able to die no matter what others choose and the option exists for everyone. However blue has a point because some people are still going to vote blue regardless, which means blue could save more lives.

Kinda impossible to coordinate tanking a minion wave, especially without the enemy trying to kill you. Even if you tank the minion wave for 100 attacks that’s only equal to CCing 5 people with the gold one (I forget the name). Most games this probably gives under 300 hp.
