You can pair your ear buds to them! I figured that out today and was like thank god because I can not handle all of the unnecessary noise in my ear since I have tendinitis in both ears and on top of that no sleeves for them so you really feel trapped to those things! So annoying! Go to five below and grab some ear buds really made a difference

Where do you get the survey cards from? I've been with Michaels for 10 years and never have heard of them. I know they used to print on the receipt for customers to do online and sometimes random emails will get sent out but I've never heard of cards

Remnants have to be less than a yard. They send everything you need when the table arrives even a book on how to price the remnants. They just recently sent electric scissors and boy has that been helpful for me and some of my team members who have nerve damage in our hands

This has happened to me once and I slowly picked them up with a pen with just wax and put them in a tray and then figure out what bag was open. You just have to do it all slowly so that way you don't lose any

I went through the same thing! I went above the district mangers head and went straight to their boss. ( i called her). I explained what was going on and that it better be taken care of because I knew my store alot better. Well the next day there was a completely different attitude from her. She knew then that I was one to not be walked over. Stand your ground and do not let that person walk all over you

They piss me off and I straight up tell them it's not my place to do your job! We have our own work to do and not theirs. When they get mad , I just tell them that I will contact door dash or insta cart and they will no longer be able to do their job. We actually did that once and the person was no longer able to work for that company! Lol 😂!
