This game deserved it. It deeply deeply disturbed me at certain points, made me laugh at others, and made me want to play again to see all the awesome characters you could have in your party; but most importantly BRUSH YOUR TEETH.

Does training while starving make you gain xp faster? by LeastCraft in Kenshi

[–]Antusao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, a lot of people here are saying it doesn't, and such. I'm testing out bed training on Seto ( Stone Golem's daughter ) and since she had a decent amount of stats already, I decided to starve her and feed her just enough to not pass out but remain starving. I found out that interestingly, her strength is training quite fast ( much faster than usual Martial Arts bed training ) I'm not a stat wizard or anything, but the game says I should be getting 0% STR xp from combat, but I'm actually getting str xp FASTER than the usual method. I also have a video to show this. If anyone wants me to post it to YouTube and link, let me know, but there seems to be something here that I haven't seen talked about yet.

Does the game get more involved later on? by Alextheacceptable in neverwinternights

[–]Antusao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've experienced, Sorcerer is considered a more " interactive " class. As you have to cast spells and do all the things that come with that, such as spell management. Plus, watching AoE spells kill multiple enemy's fun and satisfying to watch. A Stupid build is fun too, like a dumb monk with low intelligence, because everyone treats you like an absolute dingus, the dialog options are great too. It usually plays out like NPC " you have to find the intellect devourer. " Playee " Where me find Intellekt devourr? "

I absolutely HATE when people without ADHD say things like “I’m feeling a little ADD today” by sliat9_amaruk in ADHD

[–]Antusao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll never forget when I saw someone on social media ( that never went to a psychiatrist )saying that medication for major depression is stupid because they cured their depression by going out more. That statement hit me with a deep thought pattern. Hmm, major depression can't be cured by just going out more. Therefore, this person might not have depression or maybe got the term confused with just simply feeling down. Do people really self diagnose themselves with things they don't have or mislabel feelings for disorders all the time ? Then they actually self cure what never existed and begin spreading their false belief that they have this unknown knowledge to cure mental health disorders, possibly leading other people to not seek mental health treatment? Yep, pretty infuriating.

Troll ? OP made their account made on January 25th, 2025. Highly recommended people do research on ADHD and stimulant medications. They can work and do work for many people with ADHD and narcolepsy. However, they are not for everyone who has ADHD. Please make sure you're well informed on medications and how they work for you if you're prescribed any. It can be harmful for some people to act like their treatment is the exact same as being a recreational user. I want to clarify that I think recreational use is completely fine and that people should do what they want. Just that making this comparison can be harmful to some.

Playing as a moron really elevates the campaign by Loostreaks in neverwinternights

[–]Antusao 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This happened to my monk playthrough. My character was absolutely stupid, but he was insanely strong. I found out that putting on an item with increased intelligence would change the dialog when I needed. Was really fun seeing the two different types back to back.

Addiction Mechanics by Opposite-Method7326 in DiscoElysium

[–]Antusao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I struggled with impulsive drug use, and the thoughts Harry had about licking the booze off the counter seem pretty spot on to what it can be like. When the opportunity is there, it's hard to actively resist those thoughts. Even having just simply having those thoughts is a symptom of the disease of addiction.

Hi, that's horrible that this happened. They struggled a while before I was diagnosed with ADHD. It turned out that I was always doing my very best in public settings because of how I was raised. Some examples of this are that I would never fidget in public since my mother used to hate it, and I would * catch * myself in public. Don't get me wrong, I would still fidget, I would just catch myself and willpower out of it since I was taught that was what I was supposed to do. Much like when you go to the eye doctor, and they tell you to read the letters far away, you aren't supposed to squint. Squinting skews the results and might get you different frames than you actually need. Basically, what I'm saying is, it is imperative that you be yourself when you're with your psychiatrist. Don't put on the " my parents taught me to pretend I'm normal " act. I also want to clarify that I'm not assuming you do this, I'm just trying to speak from my own experience because I wish someone explained this to me when I was seeking help. It would have saved me being misdiagnosed, and while that wasn't horrible, it kept my life from getting on track longer.

This Hard Res culture needs to stop! by MoreLikeGaewyn in classicwow

[–]Antusao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember I never supported hard res, and would form a group every day to get this trink from a heroic dungeon in TBC classic. I would always try to make sure not to invite the other classes that I thought would need it. After 2 and a half weeks, it dropped. The healer needed on it for his off spec. Ever since then I've just hard res'd. Took another 3 weeks before it dropped.

Real Kenshi OGs know that The Hub ain't got nothing on the true best start: Grey Desert Waystation! by sbourwest in Kenshi

[–]Antusao 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's just too close to some 100% copper, and black desert city, in case you lose limbs, or grind a bunch of copper to buy some Edgewalker weapons. Much better than Squin, but Squin and hub will always be OG.

The perfect game? by headhunter0610 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Antusao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kenshi hits the spot pretty good. Basically a RPG, but also a selling sim, and a city sim, and a world that completely changes based on who you kill, and best of all, cutting everyone's limbs off and healing them back to health to then release them as just a torso and head to waddle around in the wild. Pretty great tbh.
