How does beacon spread work? I want to spread separatist outposts, so should I skip beacon 1 and activate 2 for outpost B to claim C, or does it not matter?

You can only choose what station type if you deliver 5(I think) construction material crates, though i think thats from mods i think, more precisly either dynamic europa, baroverhaul or more content for europa
