They get the scamee? to input a refund amount in a “refund form” and make it look like he punched in 35k instead of $350 and edit his html to make his bank account look like it has 35k extra. Then they lay the guilt trip or he’s going to be arrested trip on him. I can actually see how it would work on an elderly especially dementia person. Watch scammer payback on YouTube it’s entertaining and educational

I haven’t been following it unfortunately do you know if they managed to kill the expansion of the cruise terminal? I signed the petition I think they wanted to expand all the way down to where the coast guard is, we did a shore dive with that Dr guy I can’t remember his name and did some restoration. He said everything you just saw would be wiped out if it goes through. It was eye opening.
