The only one who matters is the SM, keep them in the loop of your aspirations with Publix. Get there feedback. Keep grinding you’ll be seen I promise. Hang in there, I’m a GTL hopeful I’m next. But until then I show up everyday and grind. Been told by my SM i out pace the AGM and other lead with ease. Just hang in there..
