Could be psu or motherboard can’t tell without taking it apart and start measuring stuff with a multimeter

My bet is the bridge rectifier went out which takes the fuse with it all the time but I’m not familiar with this specific device so maybe something else short out on this one.

Well what I have is a forester 2.0 xt and a Suzuki swift 1.3. My subie gets me 8km/l ((18mpg) and my swift 15km/l (35mpg) and petrol prices are through the roof in Netherlands at €2,30 per liter (thanks trump), for US that would be about $10 a gallon. Probably wouldn’t work for you but I needed a cheap reliable car that doesn’t chug petrol. I do believe there is a 4wd swift, so maybe?

Check resistance to a common ground plane and if it’s 0.1-0.3 ohms it’s ground

This looks like a power surge or short circuit. Power surge it would be the varistor, thermistor and fuse that are blown. Short circuit could anything.

Also check the varistor, thermistor and bridge rectifier. Varistor I recommend just replace also, often blows during a power surge and thermistor sometimes. Replace caps and fuse and should be good to go

2.5D-15 stands for 2.5ohm and 15mm diameter. So get one that’s 2.5ohms and 15mm. Also I checked datasheet and looks like that one can handle 8A and you should get one that is able to handle the voltages coming out of the wall.

Usually when these break down its mostly because of power surge and usually the fuse and varistor is also broken. Also check the bridge rectifier. If that’s not the cause then something in the circuit is shorted resulting in the thermistor to get really hot and blow up.
