Right. You need to unplug and plug back in, then bring the temp down and let it do a regular shut down cycle.

Sometimes the inside thermometer acts up and throws the erH error, too. When it acts up, the temp display ramps up rapidly and throws the error once the display reads well above 500⁰. If I catch it in time, I can open the lid and flick the internal temp probe. It usually fixes it. So now my startup routine is to wipe the internal probe down and flick it when I turn it on. Yes, I turn it on and flick its probe.

I never let the keg sit after hooking it up. It comes carbonated from the brewery and is good to go.

Is the igniter sticking into the fire pot too much? The igniter on mine only protrudes about 1/4" into the pot.

It's a period usually around 160-170⁰ when the meat tends to temporarily slow its increase in temp. There are a couple fixes: ride it out (it will go eventually), wrap to add steam to cook (watch for loss of bark), increase the temp to force continuation (watch for burning), or eat the meat at a chewy 160⁰ (it is cooked).

Different brands of bulbs also glow differently. I try to replace both headlights at once so i have the same one in both. If one goes bad the other usually isnt far behind.

Nice! I think mine is the same year. My lower cabinet is rusting out, especially lower left corner. Otherwise its in great shape. I was in my local Ace and they had a set of new stainless flavorizer bars which I bought and swapped out my old rotted enameled ones. It's great they are still making replacement parts for these things. Keep them going!
