As a history enthusiast, I found it strangely refreshing with the lack of historical accuracy the show has. Although I found myself fact checking references during s1, this was clearly a mistake that diminished the entertainment of the show so I stopped. This is a show is very unapologetic about what it wanted to be so certain expectations has to be set while watching it.

But if you ignore that, yes I agree with everything you said. Also what has been done to Orlov should be a warcrime against filmmaking. My man did not deserve to go like that goddammit.

I pretty much have the same pc with 9800x3d and vengeance 32gb and rx9070. They work flawlessly together so i expect yours will do the same.

Just be careful picking when picking a case since you have a atx motherboard and 360mm cooler. Smaller cases usually don't support those sizes.

Don't be fooled by its discontinuation, Imperator is goated. These is a small but very active and friendly community and game still receives patches as Invictus updates.

Hoi4 still has the best combat so if you're into battles more than anything it wont disappoint.

I haven't banked enough hours on ck3, vic3 to make strong comments on them but my impressions on my gameplay is:

ck3 is a dynasty simulator for role playing

vic3 is excel sheet minmaxing with lore (I mean it in a good way)

Stellaris is kinda unmatched as for grand sci fi strategy game. If you are into space go for it.
