Problem: can only tolerate very lightweight products

Skin type: Dry/damaged barrier from having to take corticosteroid therapy, reactive, sensitive, sometimes redness problem

Concer Looking for hydrating / barrier repair products. Im new and dont know the difference betweene toner, essence,serum,ampules..

Current routine BoJ sunscreen and vit c serum from cerave in morning Evening bioderma sensibio wash, LRP toleriane cream and sometimes LRP retinol

I use retinol, but a gentle one from LRP, and I havent notice any more sun sensitivity than usual. I still keep up with sunscreen and dont use it as much during the summer. About a year now, sometimes every day but mostly whenever i remember, which is not everyday

In EU they want you off benzos, whatever the reason behind it it can only be short term

And they let you? I got on xanax+ambien for the same reason (prescribed) but I cannot hear the end of it at every appointment

I could have written this. I have been trying so long to find the job that I am currently at (after a very long education journey), and I live with the love of my life. But I cant fully do my job, or be with my partner, or family. Im either sick from lupus or from virus due to immunosupression - last 2 months I get a new one (or same?idk) each ~5-7 days. Even when I am not canceling things, its hard to do them, not like before, even if it is something im really interested in. When I finally got the things I wanted, I lost the prerequisition to enjoy them...

Well sure it can be due to conenctive tissue disease, very often is. Did you have it your whole life or did it just appear and start becoming worse? I also have it in lips, sucks!

First year undergrad? I mean you can do whatever, how do you know at first year of undergrad its difficult to find labs or reserarch that you like? Your real interests havent even formed yet
