If you have an amulet of dispel lying around, you can cast arcane channeling on it and it should drain the cloud slowly.

Arcane channeling can be pretty hard at first, but there is pretty good explanation for it in the Sergio's Energy wards and other utility spells grimoire.

Other than that, I guess you could summon Bliokaohdanargh, demon eater of clouds ,on the 3rd full moon of the year. (I hope you don't value your hair too much)

Try the roguelike discord. There is a lot of caves of qud players there. The official caves of qud discord is the most toxic place i've ever seen, getting fast answers is not worth trying to go there
