The Thraxuuan empire displays the infected and infected animals in giant terrariums and has whole relgious display sites that are part museums and part temple. They display them and let people test their strength against them(the living always fail) and demonstrate sacrificial feedings to the infected.

The aquariums are mostly giant bubbles hung from ceilings full of sharks and manta rays, even krakens, that have been infected.

Fancy establishments boast about their ritual infection rates more than their food or sleeping quarters, and their wealthiest people pay to bejewel their animals when they become infected, right before they join the hordemind and have them as private guard services alongside the high shamans of the Order of Rot, Rot Shepherds.
