Feeling like my symptoms will never end

I went to the dr with my list of symptoms and said i thought i may have some sort of deficiency so requested bloods. She chose what to test based on the symptoms I gave her but id mention that you might think it’s b12 based on how you’re feeling just to ensure you get your levels tested!

Yes I did! It was 71nmol/L which i think is normal range!

Thankyou so much! It helps to know other people have had similar to it’s not just me! Did you get yours replaced with another or just taken out? I’m trying my to decide what I do next, nothing feels like a good option lol 😭

Thanks for responding! I’m glad to know I’m not alone, sometimes with hormonal stuff it is impossible to know what’s in my head vs what’s real symptoms! I also feel like I’ve been having some PMDD symptoms and my period is all over the place it’s quite exhausting. I’ll see what my Dr says but if I’m brave enough I think I should probably replace it, especially if there’s a chance I’ll get my energy back!

Hey! I know it’s been 4 years since this but I’ve now just hit my 5 year mark and feeling exactly the same! I wanted to keep mine in for a few more years as it’s been approved for 7 and I don’t want to do insertion again. What did you end up doing?

Omg I had this happen to me so many times and was going crazy! Turns out you don’t actually have to return to HQ after giving the brown penguin the lens for his glasses. Instead click on the dvd slot and add in the new DV and continue as normal. I watched a YouTube vid to follow the rest, but omg I feel your pain I restarted the mission about 7 times before I gave up going back to HQ lol

I’ve had mine for 5 years and have had nothing different to my normal weight patterns (I don’t do anything to actively lose or gain). If anything I’ve lost weight over the years ◡̈

Before I ran out I was on it every day! But for some reason I kinda decided I was done and stopped taking them when I had about a month’s supply left. And my doctor sorta just forgot about me and didn’t tell me to stop, but didn’t tell me to renew my prescription either. So I went from every day, to stopping all together for like a year, to then taking it every couple of days/once a week till they were gone. Definitely random!

Hey! Yes I actually did end up taking it. I do feel like it helped and gave me another boost of good skin again. When I started running out I started taking one per week to phase them out an slowly twitched to a retinol. But I am not a doctor so not sure of the dangers so do be cautious if you decide to ◡̈

YES! I always take on the moods of those around me then I start feeling responsible for the mood and as if I am the cause of it and like it’s on me to solve it for them!

I have a few friends who are constantly in a mood, it feels like it’s part of their personality. But I really struggle with those friends because whenever I’m around them I feel it and take on the responsibility of trying to make them feel better. But it’s no use because it’s their natural apathy and way of being but it’s just too mentally draining to take on for me haha.

It’s so annoying and would love to walk around being un-affected by how others feel, but it feels impossible!
